About STUDIO DIMORA

Our VISION & VALUES

At Studio Dimora, our vision is simple: to create homes that feel as good as they look: calm, timeless, and deeply personal.

We believe great design starts with understanding how you live, not just how you want your home to appear.

Our values are rooted in authenticity, balance, and longevity.

Every space we design is grounded in purpose, shaped by natural elegance, and built to stand the test of time.

We prioritise quality over excess, collaboration over trends, and emotion over perfection, because a well-designed home should tell a story that only you can live in.

DIMORA

noun
[feminine] /dee/mor/ah/
A refined Italian word meaning
residence, dwelling, home, abode

The STUDIO

Studio Dimora is a Cheshire interior design studio, working with clients across Cheshire, Manchester and internationally. We create elegant, modern organic interiors inspired by Mediterranean warmth and shaped by British living.

Our work spans everything from full residential interior design to interiors for rental properties, Airbnb, and investment homes, both in the UK and overseas. In every case, our focus is the same: interiors that are timeless, functional, and deeply personal.

Every design is crafted around the people who live (or stay) in the space, resulting in homes that feel effortless, welcoming, and enduring.

Our ethos is rooted in balance: natural textures paired with refined finishes, simplicity layered with thoughtful detail, modern sensibility grounded in timeless tradition. This approach allows us to create spaces that are as practical as they are beautiful.

The FOUNDER

Studio Dimora was founded by Federica Whitefoot, Principal Designer and Creative Director. An Italian-born designer now based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, Federica draws on her Mediterranean heritage and international perspective to bring warmth, texture, and authenticity to every project.

Her background in education, combined with years of experience in residential and property-focused interior design, has shaped a practice that values precision as much as creativity. Federica is known for designing homes that are elegant yet liveable, where storytelling, style, and function come together seamlessly.

Trusted PARTNERS

Behind each project is a circle of trusted partners: skilled trades, artisans, and suppliers who share our commitment to quality and detail. From bespoke joinery to expert decorators and carefully sourced finishes, their craftsmanship brings our designs to life.

This collaborative approach ensures that every Studio Dimora project, whether in Cheshire, Manchester, or abroad, is beautifully executed from concept to completion.

Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS

Every project begins with a discovery call. It’s a chance for us to understand your space, your aspirations, and how involved you’d like to be in the process. From there, we’ll guide you toward the service that fits best, whether that’s a one-off Consultation for quick clarity, an E-Design package for flexibility at a distance, or Full Design for a complete, end-to-end experience.

E-Design is a virtual service where we provide you with a complete design package to implement yourself. Full Design is our most comprehensive service — we handle everything, from concept through to installation and styling.

Absolutely. While Studio Dimora is based in Cheshire and works throughout Manchester and the North West, we also design homes and rental properties across the UK and abroad. Our E-Design service makes it possible to collaborate wherever you are in the world.

Yes. We design interiors for homes, rental properties, and investment projects. For Airbnb or short-term rentals, we focus on creating spaces that are stylish, welcoming, and durable — helping you maximise bookings and guest satisfaction.

It depends on the service. Consultations deliver instant advice. E-Design packages typically take 3–4 weeks. Full Design projects vary based on scope but usually range from 3–6 months from concept to completion.

Where possible, yes. We believe in designing sustainably, which often means re-using or re-imagining pieces you already own alongside new elements. It’s all about creating balance and making your space feel complete.
